My name is Sam McCombs / I am the owner, operator, and sales department at North Georgia Fence Co.
To help keep operating cost to a minimum - I do not employ a dedicated person to answer phone calls. I tried it once but found that I am the only person who can schedule meetings, etc. I am the only guy who really knows what is going on with my schedule! So . . .
I ask for your assistance:
Due to the large number of customers I speak to, it is beneficial for me to have a written dialog of details pertaining to you project that we have discussed. This written dialog allows me to have your details available to reference as needed.
For this reason, I find text messaging or email the preferred method of correspondence.
Naturally, if this is inconvenient, a Telephone Voice Message will suffice. I check my voice mail every evening.

When communicating by phone, text, or email - please provide:
- Name
- Address
- Phone
- A brief description of your project.
Having this information before I make a return call will allow me to consult my calendar and prepare myself to serve you better.
Your email will only be used to send you proposal and contract documents and serve as a written record of any change order request.
Any "change order request" must be in writing and delivered via email. Reply to the original Proposal / Contract email you will receive at the beginning of our working relationship. State any changes you wish to make to the original proposal in your reply.

The fastest way to get on my install calendar:
- Draw a rough sketch of your project.
- Include dimensions if possible.
- Take a picture of the area to be fenced or gated.
- Choose a fence style and tell me what it is.
- Send me this information via email.
It might take a couple of days for me to work up a price and send a reply, but this is a great way to begin for budgetary purposes.
